Since 1998, St. Nick's Christmas Lighting & Decor has been a leader in delivering the brightest, most technologically advanced, and most beautiful Christmas decorations for a wide array of clients, including airports, casinos, shopping centers, churches, hotels, and municipalities across California. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Lunar New Year displays.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives and budget.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Lunar New Year displays.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the lighting/event production or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence key decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to articulate value propositions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Lunar New Year traditions and cultural significance is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the designated territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
