Americas Motor Sports has been in the powersports business for over forty years, serving the riding communities from Nashville and beyond. We have three locations across Middle Tennessee to better serve the riders and as a result, we are Middle Tennessees largest dealer group. As a combined company, we are a $38 million dollar company. We represent 70% of the dealerships in Middle Tennessee and sell over 2500 units a year. Ready to join a growing team?

If so, we have a great opportunity for you as Sales Associate in Nashville, if you like to help customers find their next motorcycle, watercraft, or off road ATV/UTV. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required, we will train you! Base pay plus commission and bonus each paycheck. If you are ready to have fun and make money doing it, send us your resume.

Responsibilities:

• Greets all customers warmly in an inviting way upon entering the dealership.
• Applies the key sales fundamentals by participating in a Sales Culture.
• Maintains product knowledge of all vehicles sold at the dealership and has the ability to explain all features, functions, and benefits to customers.
• Tracks sales process using the CRM software.
• Completes all paperwork involved in sales transactions in a timely manner as defined by dealership policy.
• Effective customer communication throughout the sales process.
• Ensures that all vehicles on the showroom floor have drive-out tags installed on them.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and ability in learning and implementing the dealership sales system.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Utilize CRM software.
• Highly organized, and able to handle prioritizing tasks and responsibilities that are time sensitive.
• Highly motivated.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Must be able to work Tuesday Friday from 9am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm. Additional hours as needed.

Base rate + Commission!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
