As a Sales Manager at one of the fastest growing mortgage companies in the country (5 consecutive years on the Inc. 500|5000 list), your job will include developing and motivating a team of 10-20 Mortgage Bankers to ensure that both employee and company goals are achieved. Job Responsibilities

• Establish sales goals, monitor the teams performance, and make modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with corporate recruiters to hire Sales Representatives
• Train sales team to meet sales forecasts.
• Provide guidance through mentorship and coaching to mold motivated, goal-oriented, career minded individuals.
• Management will primarily be done by managing the following performance metrics;

• Calls Taken
• Outbound Calls Made
• Applications Taken
• Performance
• Submissions
• Funded Loans

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Bonus incentives discussed during interview
• Manage 5 or more Loan Officers ( from your own pipeline. )
• M-F 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM availability
• NMLS Licensed required.
