**$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT**

Minimum 3 years experience required with a proven track record

Full Time
Hourly and commission structure

Based in Sun City with majority of customers within a 5 miles radius of location

Basic Qualifications:

• Trade school experience a plus
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude, be accountable and take pride in your workmanship
• Ambition to learn and the ability to attend (paid for) training
• Reliable, organized, and driven
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be insurable by the Companys insurance carrier (MUST HAVE clean MVR)
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on air conditioning and heating systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Use iPad to perform sales, presentations, and job documentation
• Respond to emergency maintenance and breakdown requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work overtime when needed and participate in on-call rotation
