Main Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives with Local Businesses, Organizations, and Educational institutions to coordinate and complete projects

Develop strong and stable relationships with Employers and other organization to develop Customized Training and receive opportunities for employment.

Collaborate efforts to work alongside High Schools and similar Youth agencies for cultivating stitch in projects and initiatives that may contribute to goals.

Consult and engage with key business/community leaders

Work strongly alongside the Career Services Director to enrich the development of employer training opportunities, and student service learning opportunities.

Visit Businesses and Organizations to initiate Sponsorship opportunities.

Educational Requirements:

BA/BS degree equivalent education and experience preferred

5+ years' experience

Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain a collaborative relationship across large matrixed environment.

Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.

Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Demonstrated experience in engaging key business leaders.
