We are an ERIE Insurance Agency. The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager is responsible for providing account management support, retain current book of business, round out accounts by obtaining additional lines, build and maintain strong business relationships.

Hours: M-Thurs 8:30am-5pm (One Hour Lunch Break)

Fri 8:30-4pm (One Hour Lunch Break)

Responsibilities of the Personal Lines Insurance Customer Insurance Representative/Account Manager include but are not limited to:

• Best in class customer service to clients and being accountable with any client issue.
• Serve as primary liaison between insurance company and clients.
• Interface respectfully, effectively, and confidently with clients and/or prospects, representing the insurance company in the highest professional manner.
• Handle underwriting and funding issues and strategies.
• Update client coverage data in IMS, our management system.
• Prepare applications, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Billing clients and issuing ID cards.

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager:

• Must have a minimum of 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Experience with ERIE Insurance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance.
• Maintains a current PA Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Extremely detailed oriented and service driven.
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate.
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required.
• Must have strong internal and external customer service skills, with the ability to develop sound client relationships with multiple clients.
• Must have the ability to prepare and present information to clients with clarity and understanding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
