Job Overview:
We are a staffing agency seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a valid driver's license. Experience in the staffing industry would also be welcomed.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, including pipeline status, forecasts, and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Skills:
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
