Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a lawn care company in SWLF. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain customer records and update information in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote business development

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Sales experience or a strong interest in sales
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
