Full description of the position

What you will do:

As the Sales Support Specialist, you will be a key member of the sales and marketing team. You are responsible for all general agency and sales department support. You will respond quickly, accurately and knowledgably to internal and external customer needs and requests. You will work to build company brand awareness and reputation through existing customer relationships.

How you will do it:

You need to be approachable and personable and be willing to interact with people at varying levels both inside the organization and business partnerships. You must be able to give clear direction to key stakeholders, be open minded, ethical, and poses a strong attention to detail.

What we look for:

• High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors degree preferred.
• Organization and communication skills
• Ability to multi task and change priorities at a moment's notice.
• Good team collaborator with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with common computer programs and literacy with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite.
