Now Hiring - TFC Recycling - Sales Executive in Chester, VA

Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced MS Excel skills such as macros, pivot tables, and/or advanced formulas

Proficiency with proprietary software (AMCS/Elemos, CieTrade, SofPak, etc.)

Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail, cost drivers, and total cost of ownership

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers and stakeholders to build strong internal and external relationships while maintaining a high sense of urgency and focus

Ability to work in a production environment, including hot, cold, wet, and/or dirty environments

Ability to negotiate successfully

Minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales in the Richmond area with a proven sales track record

Prior experience selling corporate accounts, such as retail, municipalities, industrial, or manufacturing

Experience in the waste or corporate services industry preferred

High school diploma or equivalent, required

Bachelors degree in communications, Marketing, or another related field, preferred

Identify and meet with new customer prospects on a regular daily basis

Open new accounts that will add to overall company revenues

Meet with existing clientele to ensure accounts are properly serviced

Provide regular sales report by Friday of each week

Attend community meetings, trade shows, and other functions that promote a positive image of the company and ultimately increase sales.
