We are partnered with one of the largest family owned, real estate developers and multi-family builders headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. We are currently looking for a Leasing Agent in the Charlotte, NC area who is well-spoken, organized and has a proven track record of success in leasing.

This position is unique in that if offers the opportunity to join a continuously growing company that is family oriented. Opportunities to join a builder as successful as this dont come up often!

Responsibilities:

- Interact with potential tenants, providing information about available units

- Handling property tours to showcase features and amenities

- Explain and elaborate on lease terms and conditions to potential tenants

- Maintain accurate records of potential applicants and lease agreements

- Address tenant concerns and inquires in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address property-related concerns

- Rent collection as well as handling tenant issues, disputes, and conflicts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
