Job Description:

As a BDC Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our success by managing incoming internet leads and scheduling sales appointments for our Sales Consultants. We value diversity in backgrounds, welcoming individuals making a career change or recent college graduates seeking to kickstart a sales career.

Responsibilities:

• Daily retrieval and prompt response to leads via email
• Distributing leads to the appropriate Sales Consultant, emphasizing phone/web responses
• Scheduling sales appointments for our skilled Sales Consultants
• Maintaining a robust customer database to foster repeat business
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Sales experience in an automotive dealership (a plus but not required)
• Availability to work five days a week
