As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting the companys capabilities. This position is for an energetic and aggressive self-starter who can manage heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer, and phone skills with the ability to achieve sales goals.
This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive pay and benefits.

Hours are typically Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery information.
- Assists in providing support and/or guidance to customers.
Sales Process Management:
- Qualify, follow up, and track sales leads.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of accounts.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales team to enhance customer interactions and improve overall competitiveness.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within the internal database system, Epicor.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for management review.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Charismatic, energetic, outgoing with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent judgment and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications and advanced computer skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage personal duties to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelors degree in Business or related fields.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting while at a computer.
- Office setting.
