Located in Jeffersonville, IN, we take pride in our state-of-the-art facility and team of skilled professionals. As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting the companys capabilities. This position is for an energetic and aggressive self-starter who can manage heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer, and phone skills with the ability to achieve sales goals.

This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive pay and benefits.

Hours are typically Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Assists in providing support and/or guidance to customers.

Sales Process Management:

  • Qualify, follow up, and track sales leads.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of accounts.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team to enhance customer interactions and improve overall competitiveness.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within the internal database system, Epicor.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for management review.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Charismatic, energetic, outgoing with a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications and advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage personal duties to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related fields.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting while at a computer.
  • Office setting.
