Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and offering insurance solutions to clients. Duties: - Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and expand customer base - Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to generate leads and close sales - Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support - Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong sales administration abilities, including negotiation and closing skills - Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions - Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable - Knowledge of benefits administration is an asset - Retail sales experience is beneficial We offer competitive compensation along with comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
