Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new clients

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance

- Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options

- Process insurance policy applications and ensure accurate documentation

- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales

- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms for clients

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
