Responsibilities

Speak and engage with hand-raised opportunities to discover a client's unique situation, create a custom plan to achieve the client's priorities, and guide them along the path to closing.

Provide home buyers with information about specific homes & the local real estate market.

Schedule and show homes when it is convenient for the client (including nights & weekends).

Assist clients with the home purchase process including writing contracts, handling negotiations, coordinating mortgages, assisting with home inspections, and reviewing closing documents for accuracy, while showing empathy and confidence throughout the process.

Qualifications

Must have a valid Georgia Real Estate License.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
