- 80 Hours of PTO front-loaded on day 1

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXPERIENCED SALES ADMINISTRATOR
As a Sales Administrator, you will coordinate all the administrative duties pertaining to the dealership Sales Department. You will work closely with the Sales team gathering all necessary information to process title applications through the DMV. You will work with sensitive information and ensure confidentiality in all that you do. You will provide a monthly inventory count, conduct audits, and provide reporting as necessary. You will help process all needed documents for used and trade-in units. You will process and confirm orders and cancellations. You enjoy communicating and working with a team to provide a top-notch customer service. You are able to juggle multiple tasks, remain organized and effectively prioritize, all while providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN SALES ADMINISTRATOR
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist or other Guest service-oriented position, preferred.
- RV or automotive experience, a plus.
- Previous experience in a role requiring organization and communication skills.
- Valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record.
- Basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.
- Prior experience with Office 365 applications.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles. The expected pay for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 Hourly.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
