As a part of our sales team, you will:

• Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process (if necessary), monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership

You'll bring:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
• No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided
• Prior customer service experience is encouraged
• Must have a valid Driver's License, a cellphone and not be afraid of heights (part of the job involves getting up on a residential roof)
