The position is responsible for handling online leads for the HHHunt Homes communities in Hampton Roads and Raleigh. This is a remote role with an occasional requirement to come into the office. Candidates must be within driving distance of HHHunt's Richmond or Raleigh offices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Handle online leads for the HHHunt Homes communities in Hampton Roads and Raleigh.
  • Respond to all Homes email, phone and chat leads quickly and effectively during peak periods.
  • Prioritize qualified leads based on potential residents needs, time frames, areas of interest, and financial ability
  • Monitor all lead sources and document activity in Customer Relations Management (CRM) software and metrics in company spreadsheets
  • Follow-up with all leads with the goal of setting an appointment
  • Follow-up with all prospects after on-site appointment to solicit feedback after the appointment.
  • Influence qualified leads to set appointments in appropriate neighborhoods using strong sales and customer service skills
  • Recommend, create, and update follow-up templates for OSAs.
  • Collect and maintain detailed knowledge of every HHHunt Homes community, product, area, demographic target, price-points, and other key selling factors in assigned divisions.
  • Maintain and market to the V.I.P. list of prospects waiting for new communities and sections and set up grand opening V.I.P. appointments.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to create and recommend marketing plans for community leads
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of successful sales and/or marketing experience required
  • Customer focused and personable
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Professional sales email and phone communication skills
  • Knowledge of website management oversight and online marketing programs
  • Sales contact management database experience
  • Solid organizational, planning and management skills
  • Self-directed and able to maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well
  • Must be able to learn and follow proven online lead sales process
  • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license

Hourly rate starts at $22.92/hr plus commission
