My Freight Staff is an established leader in the Offshore staffing industry with services specifically tailored to the freight transportation and logistics industry thats been in business for 8 years. We have an immediate opening for a sales professionals looking to join our market-leading team. The person in this position is responsible engaging in office-based sales and work to develop and maintain relationships with companies that are struggling with staffing or are looking to gain some competitive advantages by offering competitive offshore staffing alternatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our market presence
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements

Requirements:

• Strong background in intangible selling
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of the Freight Transportation industry and best practices
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
