Top Central Florida Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a Sales Manager for one of its Orlando offices.

Applicant should be highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she should be a leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team - committed to standards and to achieving the teams goals. Will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with agents on regular basis
• Recruiting, Training and Coaching
• Organize and administer training
• Set aggressive sales goals with sales team
• Contribute ideas to the creation of training and material
• Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections

Qualifications:

• Team leadership ability
• Prior sales experience is important
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
