Inside Sales Representative

Onsite 5 days a week

Full Time Direct Hire

Job Summary:

• Our manufacturing industry client is looking to bring in an entry level Inside Sales Representative to their Omaha, Nebraska office. This individual will be responsible for talking to and working with customers, as well as provide service to internal employees throughout the office. This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to get started in a sales career and is looking to learn and grow with a company long term

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders
• Order and source products
• Negotiate sale and purchase prices
• Proactively generate sales and promote company products
• Expedite backorders
• Assist with pulling inventory and preparing shipments
• Assist with customer returns
• Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
• Troubleshoot customer concerns

Qualifications

• Good customer service and communication skill
• Service industry experience is a plus
• Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused
• Industry and sales experienced preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of supply chain systems is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
