Senior Sales Associate - Door and Window Sales

Mancino Door and Window (MDW) is looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our team! With positions available in both OC and LA locations, along with a competitive base salary plus un-capped commission structure, health insurance, and paid time off benefits!

This person will actively seek out and engage customers to sell products and/or services. The ideal candidate is hungry for customer acquisition, diligent about customer service, and passionate about contributing to our companys growth and success.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience selling windows and doors or willing to train in lieu of experience.
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
