Oystery Clerk:

The Oystery Clerk role oversees and executes the daily retail operations of the The OysteryTM. This person will provide friendly, professional, and timely support to customers. The Oystery Clerk role functions as our first point of contact for providing excellent customer service and quality representation of our products and company values to the retail public.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail operations at the Oystery including POS, cash handling, inventory management
• Handle incoming phone calls from customers and provide requested information in a timely and efficient manner.
• Daily activities include but are not limited to: cashier, stocking, cleaning, barista, packing internet orders, inventory management, quality control, etc.
• Relay customer concerns to management
• Report and document customer complaints to supervisor
• Process special requests for the Sales Team as needed.
• Provide insight and suggestions for improvement in customer service, support, and sales functions in the Oystery.
• Assist with offsite marketing events as needed, some travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and/or Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• MAST liquor certification
• Washington Food Handlers card
• Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Minimum 3 years experience Customer Service and retail sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
• A pleasant demeanor and ability to maintain professionalism with the public
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Barista experience preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.28 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 40 per week

Education:
