### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, well spoke Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential clients to determine if we can help them. You will need to be fearless on the phone. If you are well spoken and can take direction you can do very well here. Tod reps make 300k a year or more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building strong customer relationships. This position requires you not to be an order taker. You actually will be telling people what to do. You need to be comfortable with talking to high worth individuals. You have to have the ability to grind. But grind, and you make a great income.

### Responsibilities:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand market reach

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

### Qualifications:

- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field

- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills

- Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software preferred

- Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $77,860.00 - $300,000.00 per year
