Description:
The HVAC Sales Coordinator position is key to our organization's success. You will be responsible for scheduling all incoming sales leads along with coordinating job financing and rebates. You will also be responsible for coordinating the Comfort Advisors schedules and incoming jobs. As a HVAC Sales Lead Coordinator, youll spend your day communicating with potential and existing customers providing assistance with any question they may have about our products or services. You'll utilize your communication skills to determine customer issues or needs and use interpersonal skills and techniques to complete each call/email/chat with a positive resolution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule/dispatch all incoming sales leads for Residential HVAC, Windows, Insulation and Gutters
Debrief and update daily all sales calls
Converse with customers via instant chat, email etc. to answer product/service-related questions
Create and maintain general correspondence as well as policies and procedures.
Compile weekly lead source reports as well as closing ratios for the prior months.
Review all SOLD Project folders and verify all required information is included in job folder
Assist Comfort Advisors in getting Financing Approvals for Projects and request funding when projects completed
Track jobs to ensure they do not surpass financing and 90-day deadlines
Work with Telemarketing, email & chat Rep on paid lead sources
Manage current Home Performance Program as related to Sales
Any other additional duties as required
*A good Sales Coordinator is an analytical problem-solver who can think on their feet and is intimately familiar with their industry. They are the backbone of the sales department, motivating and managing the team effectively to maximize customer satisfaction and company profits.

Skills / Requirements
Knowledge and Experience in the HVAC, windows, plumbing, insulation, or gutter Field a must
High School diploma or equivalent, college degree highly preferred
2 years of customer service and administrative duties
Excellent verbal communication
Excellent oral and written communication skills, spelling, and grammar accuracy
Creative problem-solving skills
Experience working in fast paced environment
Computer orientated, proficiency with Windows based applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts
Comfortable in working with customers to resolve issues
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Handle customer complaints, and maintain positive demeanor, even when handling unpleasant situations
Have a good understanding of product and services Clarke & Rush offers
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize within set deadlines
Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.44 - $24.00 per hour
