Desired Skills and Experience:

• Preferred: prior financial services experience not required -- extensive training platform provided
• Ideal possess entrepreneurial spirit, experience in business development or sales, and interest in business or finance
• Must possess strong self-motivation, interpersonal and communication skills, a high standard of ethics.
• Preferred BA or BS degree from a four-year institution preferred
• Must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Must possess a history of personal and professional success..
• Must be located in Columbus/Central Ohio or already planning to move here imminently
• Must pass background check

Pay Expectations: It grows exponentially

• First year advisors average between $75k to $160k in first year
• Advisors 5+ years with earn over $380k/year
• Advisors 5+ years in top quartile earn over $850k/year

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
