As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Compliancy Group, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate qualified meetings for Account Executives, putting you on the front lines of engaging potential clients and laying the groundwork for the success of our sales team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 100 phone calls daily to create new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
- Help promote Compliancy Group offerings through a high volume of outbound sales calls - this role is 100% phone-based.
- Your mission is to reach as many businesses as possible. Youll work from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm ET.
- Utilize Salesforce for efficient CRM management.
- Employ persuasive written and verbal communication to engage and qualify leads.
- Responsible for managing company-provided leads along with generating outbound sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and enhance processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience, determination, and a genuine passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in our Long Island, NY office (Greenlawn, NY).
