```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in order to provide valuable insights to clients

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in business development and technical sales
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Knowledge of technology sales is preferred but not required
