• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities

• Proven track record in business development or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience; transportation/sales preferred.
