Full description of the position

As a Sales Support at Krannich Solar, your job is to assist the sales team in a smooth and professional manner. Using your experience in sales and customer service, you'll contact customers, follow up with them, and create proposals. We're looking for someone who learns fast, thinks quickly, and stays organized even under pressure.

YOUR TASKS

• Managing customer orders over the phone and through email
• Reaching out to customers and follow-up with them in a proactive way
• Generating offers and confirming orders for customers.
• Ensuring customers are consistently informed about the status of their orders.
• Addressing delivery problems and coordinating with other departments for effective communication and resolution.
• Entering data accurately and generating reports efficiently within our CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
