Are you fluent in both Spanish and English or Portuguese and English? Are you passionate about cannabis and fashion? Exoud Exotics, a unique Cannabis and Clothing boutique, is seeking a Multi-Lingual Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Effectively communicate in English and sometimes in Portuguese or Spanish. We have phone customers in these languages.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings, including Cannabis products and boutique clothing lines.
• Contribute to visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Be driven and motivated
• Enjoy earning money through bonuses and commission for various tasks and excellent performance.

Requirements:

• Fluent in either Spanish and English or Portuguese and English.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Passion for cannabis products and fashion.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
