Millstone is a fast growing, fast paced medical service provider for the top Orthopedic companies in the industry. Millstones business focus is sterile packaging, logistics, and testing services for medical devices.
Millstone also engages in other activities designed to meet the outsourcing requirements of medical device manufacturers seeking to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. We are FDA and ISO registered and employ a detailed internal quality system to ensure ISO compliance.
Responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
The function of the Inside Sales Representative is to support the Business Development team to drive new and existing business. In this role, you will be driving administrative tasks and supporting the Business Development team to achieve the companys business objectives.
Administrative Support:
- Managing existing client contracts and maintaining accurate records
- Managing new contracts
- Managing and tracking new and sustaining business requests from all departments
- Quote and Statement of Work generation
- Document price increases for relevant programs
- Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documents and customer information in our CRM system
Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts and customer requirements
- Drive completion of initial sales phase of new program launches
- Assist the team in preparing for client visits
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotes and contracts
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience in the medical device industry preferred
Ability to communicate across cross functional teams
Ability to independently drive projects to meet deadlines
Ability to recognize and communicate potential issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
Advanced - Software & Computer skills. Ability to create excel, Power Point and word documents
Strong Organizational skills
