Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and help them make informed decisions about their energy needs.
Duties:
- INBOUNDS CALL CENTER- You can sell 100% over the phone. Working in the field is OPTIONAL!
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to generate leads and identify potential customers (optional)
- Engage with customers to assess their energy needs and explain the benefits of solar energy
- Provide accurate and detailed information about solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives
- Create customized solar energy proposals based on customer requirements
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns they may have
- Utilize sales software- Solarverse USA CRM , to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close sales
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Leadership abilities to guide customers through the decision-making process
- Knowledge of solar energy industry trends and technologies
- Proficiency in using sales software, such as CRM's, for lead management and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Growth: There is ability to grow within the company, move up in commission structures and even run your own sales team with overrides on all of their sales!
Dress Code: Business Casual/ Casual attire
Hours: 9am- 5pm flexible hours available
Note: This is a commission paid position. Spiffs and bonuses offered on a daily and weekly basis as well. Kitchenette and Pool Table on site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,152.04 - $300,000.00 per year
