We are looking for a high preforming, energetic professional for our Inside Sales position in Sacramento. We primarily service the heavy equipment industry and are growing FAST, and we want to find a motivated individual to help service our customers (Both current, and new!). We want the focus of this individual to be to exceed expectations!

• Promptly and professionally answering all incoming phone calls
• Heavy computer & email use
• Part identification & research
• Inventory control
• Problem solving
• Refer new accounts to outside account exec and assist them to make sales
• Develop and maintain a high level of product, market and industry knowledge
• Ability to write well and have good overall communicative skills
• Proficient at Microsoft Office
• Quick learner with a good memory
• Self-motivated & passionate with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a Heavy Equipment industry environment.
• Identify customer needs, sometimes coming up with a solution to their needs
• Promoting our products and services
• Order Taking (Big Portion of job - no cold calling)
• Exceed customer expectations by providing a superior customer Experience
• Be a team player: You should have the ability to work and motivate yourself independently while also working with teammates for the betterment of the team and company.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Computer literate (Data entry/Microsoft products)
• High school Education
• Customer Service experience
• Assist customers with obtaining the correct parts to optimize productivity & decrease their machine downtime
• Review customer hisotry to provide informed sales suggestions, educate customers on the benefits & drawbacks of certain manufacturers & metal types for their job requirements
• Gathering necessary information to provide accurate quotes on custom fabricated construction equipment
• identify heavy machinery components based on provided measurements
• Highly organized, able to Multi-task while delivering excellent customer service
• Background in Heavy Equipment a BIG PLUS
• Knowledge of Great Plains or Global Shop Software a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
