We looking for an experienced Sales & Leasing Consultant to staff our Ford dealership, located just ten minutes south of downtown Buffalo.

Sales & Leasing Specialists greet customers, develop rapport, assist customers in selecting the perfect new vehicle and demonstrate features and benefits. Sales Consultants utilize a CRM to stay connected to current customers, prospects and referrals through phone, email and text. DeLacy Ford is committed to excellence and training utilizing some of the best training in the industry.

COMPENSATION:

* Weekly salary of up to $500 per week

* plus up to 30% Commission on both new and used vehicles

* Individual compensation on finance department revenue

* Fast start AND monthly volume bonus along with additional bonus opportunities

To qualify you MUST:

* Have Sales or dealership experience. Automotive, RV or similar field is preferred.

* Have the desire to be great and achieve personal growth

* Be willing and able to learn and adapt

* Understand and utilize technology including both web and app based tools.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
