Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business development

- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets

- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients

- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and underwriters to negotiate terms and secure appropriate coverage

- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry

- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients

- Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
