Full description of the position

Looking for a full time Leasing Consultant at our market rate community in Brooklyn Park. Hourly pay plus leasing commissions, excellent benefits, and housing discount if living at property. Schedule is Tues-Sat; working 35-40 hours per week. Must possess great people skills and be able to multi task.

Responsibilities

• Show units and provide property information to prospective tenants
• Updated advertisements unit using a variety of online media
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect tenants
• Process rental applications including rental and employment references
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status

Skills

• Proven working experience as leasing agent
• Knowledge of property market of surrounding properties
• MS Office familiarity
• Excellent communication skills
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
• Customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 40 per week
