STAR Group, LLC is seeking to hire a full time Outside Sales Representative/Counter Sales. This position will be for our Montevideo and Granite Falls NAPA stores.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Call on existing the store's wholesale customers to maintain and grow current relationships and sales penetration
• Develop new customer relationships with wholesale customers through prospecting and cold calling
• Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing and prospective customers
• Keep informed of new products or sales promotions by working with the product sales teams
• Working with Store Manager and Owners in developing sales plans
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Work counter sales in Montevideo
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have a strong drive to succeed
• Strong automotive knowledge
• Can do attitude
• Prior sales experience helpful
• Have a good driving record; ability to lift 50 pounds; bend/squat to floor level; and climb steps and ladders
