Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a Marketing and AI Telemarketer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer interactions, and optimizing our GoHighLevel CRM system. Responsibilities:

Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Optimize digital channels (social media, email, etc.) to reach target audiences.
AI Telemarketing:
Utilize AI-powered telemarketing tools to engage potential customers.
Conduct outbound calls to prospects, following scripts and guidelines.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
GoHighLevel CRM Management:
Maintain and update customer records in GoHighLevel.
Create and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing and telemarketing roles.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly GoHighLevel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English.
Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.
