Roman's Roofing & Exteriors is a licensed, bonded, and insured home improvement company in Illinois and Northwest Indiana with years of experience in roofing, siding, windows, and other renovation projects for both commercial and residential properties.

We Service Chicagoland (Chicago and Suburbs), Peoria IL (and surrounding area), & ALL of Northwest Indiana!

We are a fast growing company with a number of high opportunity positions. With this post we are looking for more sales people to join our team. The primary responsibility of the position is to generate business for the company through a simple and streamlined process. This process focuses on generating revenue and jobs through the insurance claims process. This is where you come in. As a sales rep you begin this process. The sale itself is simple. Its an easy to understand form that gives our adjuster permission to represent the home owner with the claim. That's it. Our adjuster gets the claim approved, and once that happens Romans Roofing gets a roof and/or siding project out of it. You as the sales rep who started the process get a percentage of the job as commission for your work. depending on your experience and involvement in the process you can make anywhere from 7%-14%. Inexperienced Reps will start around 7%-8%

Roman's Roofing is currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. We specialize in storm restoration and retail work for roofing and siding, offering an exciting opportunity for sales professionals in the Northwest Indiana area.

Full Training Provided for the Following

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside sales activities, primarily Door to Door, to generate leads and acquire new clients
• Promote and sell roofing and siding services to homeowners and businesses through retail or storm restoration process
• Educate customers about storm restoration options and benefits and convert into customers
• Collaborate with our experienced team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process

We would like but some are not required:

• Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in Door to Door sales
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the storm restoration industry
• Willingness to get on residential and commercial roofs (Required)
• Must possess a valid driver's license , own a reliable vehicle, and have insurance coverage (Required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
