Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a leading staffing firm, is currently seeking a proactive and driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative for one of our esteemed clients based in Fort Myers, Florida. Our client is a highly reputable and renowned roofing company with a strong presence in the industry.

Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Location: Fort Myers, Florida

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the Commercial sales division organically

• Cultivate and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts

• Manage incoming leads and internal marketing efforts

• Provide training and support to new sales/estimators as necessary

• Contribute to the achievement of overall sales targets

• Devise and execute strategies to surpass sales objectives

• Maintain accountability for meeting sales goals

• Supervise project management activities of sales/estimators

• Align with and execute the company's vision

• Conduct all business activities in adherence to established policies and procedures

• Uphold and embody the company's core values

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in commercial roof estimating preferred; 2+ years of sales experience required

• Demonstrated critical thinking skills - ability to intuitively address inquiries and respond promptly

• Proven problem-solving abilities - taking ownership of challenges, resolving issues, and effectively communicating with team members

• Strong team player mentality - willingness to fulfill various tasks as required

• Possession of an acceptable driving record and auto insurance

• Prior experience in construction and commercial sectors is advantageous

• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands

• Availability for local travel during business hours, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel as needed

• Work is conducted both indoors and outdoors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
