Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Director to join our team. As the Community Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our community, as well as driving sales and revenue. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively market our products and services.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and analyze data

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to market products or services effectively
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in outside sales is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
