Vitality Integrative Wellness is a progressive health and wellness practice that treats patients seeking natural alternatives to drugs, steroids, and surgical intervention. We have been helping patients live their lives pain-free since 2002!
Our clinic is growing, and we are looking for a team member to be a Healthcare Coordinator, also known as a Case Manager. This is an inside sales position.
We have been very successful at helping patients find an answer to difficult health problems when more traditional methods have failed. The reality of today's healthcare landscape is that insurance companies offer fewer and fewer services and patients are paying more and more for healthcare. In the end, if drugs do not solve the problem for the patient, or the patient chooses to seek a more natural alternative, they are forced to pay for that care out of their own pocket. We offer an alternative to drugs and surgery that is highly effective. The services we provide are mostly cash-based medical services including those in Regenerative and Functional Medicine.
An Ideal Case Manager
- Is a detail-oriented, self-starting sales professional.
- Is an effective leader who can work well with other health clinic personnel.
- Can interact well with patients and their families naturally to connect on a deep and meaningful level.
- Has the internal sales drive needed to help the patients get the care they need AND keep a business going!
It is not necessary that this person has a professional medical degree of any type. A background in medical office management is helpful. Sales experience is required.
A Case Managers must also be warm, calm, emotionally stable, and open to the solutions to help our patients make informed health care and financial decisions. Along with helping patients get the care they need, they will be responsible for participating in calling prospective patients (warm leads, no cold calling), scheduling and booking new patients for their care plans, assisting in community public relations events, assisting in front office sales, and communicating to the team.
Position Summary and KRAs
- Hitting and/or exceeding the weekly and monthly sales goals of the business.
- Accurate reporting of numbers within the business. Documenting them clearly in the Practice Management System, Daily reports that are emailed to management, and documentation uploaded into Excel sheets.
- Patient compliance and management. Clear documentation of plans and communications of the patient (charts), Quality Control of the patient to ensure everyone gets the care they need, and managing what the patient needs, the patients expectations, and handling situations that need to be handled in a positive manner to ensure success for patients as well as other team members!
- Ensure smooth operations in the office with staff and patients- communicating to leadership on issues internally that may need to be addressed, so that things go right for the patients.
- Community outreach, representing Vitality, asking for referrals, testimonials, etc.
