Job Description:

In this role, you will support sales representatives across multiple markets, utilizing your healthcare background to enhance sales strategies and client interactions. This position combines the responsibilities of a Junior Sales Representative and Assistant to the Sales Manager, offering a unique pathway for career growth in sales and business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to our sales team operating in diverse markets.

• Use your healthcare experience to inform and adapt sales strategies for various sectors.

• Manage travel arrangements and schedules for sales representatives.

• Maintain accurate sales and client records across different markets.

• Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.

• Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks and strategic planning.

• Participate in meetings and sales presentations, offering insights from a healthcare perspective.

• Handle customer inquiries, leveraging your background in healthcare operations.

• Conduct market research and assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, such as a nurse or healthcare professional preferred.

• Interest in transitioning to a sales and administrative role across various markets.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Willingness to travel as required within Midwest region, mainly Utah.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
