Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales of new and used vehicles to potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's experience
- Utilize outside sales techniques to generate leads and attract new customers
- Deliver persuasive and effective presentations to potential buyers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions

Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, as it allows for better communication with a diverse customer base
- Proficient in math for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Knowledge of inventory control practices to ensure accurate tracking of available vehicles
- Experience with cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand customer base
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
