Position: Junior E-Commerce Account Manager
Location: San Diego, CA

About Us: At AROMA, were not just about small kitchen appliances; were about bringing innovation to the kitchen table. Were currently looking for a Junior E-Commerce Account Manager who will play a crucial role in managing our online presence, with a special focus on Amazon.

Your New Role: As a Junior E-Commerce Account Manager, youll be instrumental in supporting our Amazon sales strategy, ensuring that AROMAs products are showcased effectively in the worlds largest online marketplace.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive Amazon strategy.
• Support day-to-day data analysis, sharing insights with the team.
• Help manage brand presence on Amazon, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and requirements.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor daily operations on Amazon, including pricing, inventory, and rankings.

To Be the Best Fit for This Role, You Need:

• 1-2 years of experience in Amazon product management.
• Familiarity with Amazon US vendor or seller portals.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of other E-commerce platforms like Shopify or NetSuite is a plus.
• Experience in project management is desirable.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in a Business-related field.
• Bilingual in English/Chinese is preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive team attitude.
