Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand account base
- Conduct warm calling and lead generation activities to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Landscape industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- A clean RMV driving record
- At least 3 years of residential and or commercial landscape account management experience.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with current and new clients.
- Achieving sales goals
- Meeting with clients, estimating work, and compiling a maintenance plan.
- Find opportunities to add value to clients' properties and enhance their experience of the property.
- Ensure quality standards of work are met by doing site visits.
- Teach crews the skills to ensure quality work where needed.
- Must be willing to work as a snow account manager, ensure that work is done at a high-quality level. Do site visits after the storm and communicate with clients where necessary.
- Creating and following budgets for services
- Ensuring services are scheduled and performed. No balls are dropped.
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
