Lead Sales Consultant at Fitness 1440

Fitness 1440, a premier fitness studio known for its 24-hour access and comprehensive amenities, is in search of a dynamic Lead Sales Associate to drive our membership sales and enhance our client's fitness journey. Our facility offers a variety of features, including group classes, personal training, and an exceptional outdoor facility, catering to the diverse fitness needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strategically develop and implement sales plans to attract and retain members.
• Deliver superior customer service by addressing clients needs and inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of gym services and offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential and current members.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in the fitness industry or similar fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales goals.
• Highly motivated, outgoing personality, with a drive to excel in a competitive environment.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
